AFFILIATE**
The Amazon Herb Profit Plan is an Affiliate-friendly prosperity system. Only $50 Personal
Volume (PV) will pay you 8% of Level 1 volume.

AFFILIATE PLUS** : With a $100 (MAS) or $150 (PV) you also qualify for 40% Quick Start Bonus***

AMBASSADOR**
With a $100 personal Monthly Auto Ship (MAS) order or a $150 regular order, plus $300
GV(Group Volume) in Level 1, you become an Ambassador. You'll receive 8% of Level 1 and Level 2 volumes. Plus, you also benefit from three additional bonuses:

• Quick Start Bonus***
  The 40% Quick Start is available for all Associates who have met the $100 MAS, or $150 personal volume requirement. They will receive a 40% Quick Start Bonus in appreciation of their referral.
• Personal Volume Bonus
  When your PV exceeds $150 in a pay period, your additional volume will be placed in your Level 1 and you will receive the 8% Level 1 bonus on that amount.
• 5% Sponsor Retention Bonus
  Receive a 5% Sponsor Retention Bonus added to the 8% level bonus on each personally sponsored Affiliates' ongoing orders. (8% + 5% = 13% on all personally sponsored Affiliates.)

BRONZE AMBASSADOR**
You advance to Bronze Ambassador when you qualify as an Ambassador and have $1,500
GV*. You keep all previous benefits. Plus you also receive 8% of Level 3 volume.

SILVER AMBASSADOR**
You advance to Silver Ambassador when you qualify as an Ambassador and have $5,000
GV*. You keep all previous benefits. You also receive 8% of Level 4 and Level 5 volume,
plus more:

• Silver Quick Start Bonus***
  Once you become a Silver, you will receive a 5% Silver Quick Start Bonus in addition to the 40% Quick Start Bonus for your personally sponsored new Affiliates' first order. Even more exciting, to reward you for helping others succeed, you will receive this 5% bonus on the new Affiliates sponsored by your Associates in your growing organization, through unlimited depth down to the first qualified Silver. As you advance, you can increase your income even more by meeting the qualifications for the Leadership positions described below.

GOLD AMBASSADOR**
As an Ambassador with three Silver Legs or $21,000 GV*, you qualify as a Gold Ambassador. As a Gold, you will retain all previous benefits, plus you are eligible for two special bonuses:

• Leadership Bonus
  You qualify to receive a 2% Leadership Bonus on all your Silver Legs volume, down to the first Gold or higher ranked leader in each Leg.
• Generation Bonuses
  You also qualify for special Generation Bonuses. You will receive a 3% bonus on your 1st Generation Gold Legs. That's 3% beginning with the first Gold (or higher ranked leader) and that Gold's entire group down to the next Gold in that Leg of your organization. You will also receive a 1% Generation 2 bonus on the 2nd Gold or higher ranked leader down to the next generation.

PLATINUM AMBASSADOR**
As an Ambassador with three Gold Legs or $89,000 GV* you become a Platinum Ambassador and you receive more benefits. Your Generation 2 bonus increases to 2%, and you receive an additional 1% on your Generation 3 group.

• Prosperity Bonus
  This is an infinity style bonus shared by Platinums, Diamonds and Diamond Executives, and is paid in addition to Leadership and Generation Bonuses. This bonus starts on the leaders first level.
  Platinum 1% • Diamond 1.5% • Diamond Executive 2%

DIAMOND AMBASSADOR**
As an Ambassador with two Platinum Legs and one Gold Leg, or $233,000 GV*, you achieve Diamond. As a Diamond Ambassador, you continue to receive the bonuses for Generation 1, 2 and 3. Plus, you receive an additional Generation 4 and 5 Bonus of 1% on each generation.

DIAMOND EXECUTIVE**
As an Ambassador with two Diamond Legs and one Platinum Leg, or $610,000 GV*, you achieve the top level, Diamond Executive. In addition to the benefits earned as a Diamond Ambassador, you now receive 1% Generation Bonuses on Generations 6, 7 and 8. This is a master rank, and richly rewards those who grow large organizations by helping others succeed.

Helpful Definitions
PV = Personally purchased volume under $150
GV = Group Volume of your entire group including
personal volume over $150
MAS = Monthly Auto Ship order
Leg = The width of a genealogy tree
Level = The depth of a genealogy tree
Level Bonus = 8% bonus paid on each Associate level qualified
Generation = The depth of a genealogy tree starting with a
Gold or higher ranked leader and its entire group down to the
next Gold or higher ranked leader.
Differential = 1/2% up to 1% of the 2% shared Prosperity
Bonus is paid as a Differential to Diamond Ambassadors and
Diamond Executives. A 1/2% Differential is paid to Diamond
Ambassadors on Platinums down to the first Diamond
Ambassador. To Diamond Executives, a 1% Differential is paid
on Platinums down to the first Diamond Ambassador, and a
1/2% Differential is paid on Diamond Ambassadors down to
the first Diamond Executive.

* To qualify, no more than 45% of the total Qualifying Group Volume can come from any one Leg's Group Volume.
** Must qualify each month to receive bonuses for that month. Non-qualified levels compress up to the next qualified level.
*** Quick Start Bonuses -- any first order up to $300 pays out a one-time 40% Quick Start Bonus and a 5% Silver Quick Start Bonus. No other commissions are paid out on this amount. Amounts over $300 are paid out as part of the group volume benefits.
